2. Disclaimer

We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party vendor policy changes, service interruptions, feature adjustments, or account bans.

3. Service Termination

• •Consequences of Termination: After service termination, users' previously obtained legitimate keys remain subject to the intellectual property and confidentiality terms in this agreement.

• •All brand names, trademarks, logos, and AI product descriptions on this website belong to their respective owners. The Platform mentions these contents solely for product identification.
• •Without authorization from the Company, it is strictly prohibited to clone, scrape, or copy the text content and visual elements of this website in any manner.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• •Applicable Law: The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
• •Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party has the right to bring legal action before Hong Kong courts.
